Shipping policy

SHIPPING

The shipping cost varies depending on the place of delivery. The cost is indicated on the checkout page once the delivery address has been entered. Shipping is free for orders over 60 euros.

Once the order has been confirmed, the product is shipped within 48/72 (working) hours and delivered within 2-3 working days in Italy and within 6-8 working days in Europe.

Packages are shipped via BRT express courier.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the Size Guide section you can view the measurements for each size. In the event that there are problems there is always the possibility of changing the product or making a return within 30 days.

To make a return or exchange you must send an email to info@bscapeclo.com indicating the order code and the desire to make a return or exchange. Then send the product to BSCAPE DI M.F.

Once we have received the product and verified its integrity, we will ship the new product or issue a refund within 4 to 6 working days.

The return shipment is paid by the customer, the shipment of the new product, in the case of exchange of goods, is paid by BSCAPE DI M.F.
